Overview

During my time at Lucid Software, I had the privilege of being a member of their UX team, with my primary focus centered around the template library for Lucidchart and Lucidspark. Here is a glimpse into the design work I accomplished during my time there. I was responsible for creating wireframes, templates, and thumbnail images that accompanied these templates. In addition, I developed template components to expedite the design process for my team members, enabling them to create a greater number of templates efficiently.

To maintain consistency and uphold the brand's visual identity, I diligently updated our style guide and branding guidelines. Furthermore, I dedicated substantial hours to conducting user research, ensuring that each template catered effectively to our users' needs and preferences. This valuable research provided insights that informed the iterative design process, enabling us to deliver templates that truly enhanced the user experience.

I played a pivotal role in the significant task of updating Lucid's mobile app icons. Understanding the importance of maintaining a cohesive brand presence across platforms, I collaborated closely with the design team to revamp and refine the mobile app icons. This endeavor contributed to an improved mobile user experience while remaining aligned with Lucid Software's overarching branding strategy.
